Consent Revocation Web Page 

Important for the Webmaster
The following text should be included on the Privacy Policy page or on a dedicated page to allow users/clients to revoke one or more consents.
We strongly recommend including all four revocations listed below.
For convenience, you can copy and paste the text below. 

 

Dear user,
You can request the revocation of one or more privacy consents from the list below by sending an email to: micaela@imhold.net and specifying the options you wish to revoke. 

  • Revocation of email communications 
  • Revocation of marketing communications from third parties via email 
  • Revocation of profiling cookies 
  • Revocation of third-party marketing profiling cookies 

Once the request is received, it will generally be processed within 48 hours. 

 

How to disable cookies via browser settings 

Chrome 

  1. Open the Chrome browser. 
  1. Click on the menu located on the browser toolbar next to the address bar. 
  1. Select Settings. 
  1. Click Show Advanced Settings. 
  1. Under the Privacy section, click the Content Settings button. 
  1. In the Cookies section, you can modify the following cookie-related settings:  
  • Allow local data to be set. 
  • Keep local data only until you quit the browser. 
  • Block sites from setting cookies. 
  • Block third-party cookies and site data. 
  • Manage exceptions for specific websites. 
  • Delete one or all cookies.

Mozilla Firefox 

  1. Open the Mozilla Firefox browser. 
  1. Click on the menu located on the browser toolbar next to the address bar. 
  1. Select Options. 
  1. Select the Privacy panel. 
  1. Click Show Advanced Settings. 
  1. Under the Privacy section, click the Content Settings button. 
  1. In the Tracking section, you can modify the following cookie-related settings:  
  • Request that sites do not track you. 
  • Inform sites of your willingness to be tracked. 
  • Do not express any tracking preference. 
  1. From the History section, you can:  
  • Enable Use custom settings for history to select whether to accept third-party cookies (always, from most-visited sites, or never) and specify their retention period (until they expire, until Firefox is closed, or prompt every time). 
  • Remove individual stored cookies.

Internet Explorer/Edge 

  1. Open the Internet Explorer/Edge browser. 
  1. Click on the Tools button and select Internet Options. 
  1. Go to the Privacy tab and, in the Settings section, adjust the slider according to the desired action for cookies:  
  • Block all cookies. 
  • Allow all cookies. 
  • Select specific sites to accept cookies from: move the slider to an intermediate position so as not to block or allow all cookies, then click on Sites. In the Website Address box, enter a website and click Block or Allow.

Safari 6 

  1. Open the Safari browser. 
  1. Click on Safari, select Preferences, and go to the Privacy section. 
  1. Under Block Cookies, specify how Safari should handle cookies from websites. 
  1. To view which sites have stored cookies, click Details.

Safari iOS (mobile devices) 

  1. Open the Safari browser on your iOS device. 
  1. Go to Settings and then Safari. 
  1. Tap Block Cookies and choose from the available options: "Never," "From third parties and advertisers," or "Always." 
  1. To delete all cookies stored by Safari, go to Settings, then Safari, and finally Clear Cookies and Data.

Opera 

  1. Open the Opera browser. 
  1. Go to Preferences, then Advanced, and finally Cookies. 
  1. Choose one of the following options:  
  • Accept all cookies. 
  • Accept cookies only from the site you visit: third-party cookies and cookies from domains other than the one you are visiting will be refused. 
  • Never accept cookies: no cookies will be saved.
